I've worked with art and design my whole life and earned a BA in International Business from the University of Kingston London in the UK. Because of my skills in research and analysis that were sharpened through university and continued study with Acadium Accelerator, I'm confident in my choices and decisions, whether it's for design or for reports and everything in between.
Like many of us, I had a hard time figuring out what I wanted to do; I always loved being creative, but also found myself absorbed in data (among other things). I was California born and raised, so I decided to move to the UK for university. Still feeling unsure of my path, I bounced between your run-of-the-mill office work to high-end Italian cafes. It seems obvious now, but I realized years after graduating that art and analytics aren't mutually exclusive--in fact, they flourish together. My aim is to help others flourish as well through informative, creative decisions.
F.A.Q.
Q: Do you have an English accent?
A: I unfortunately never got rid of my Valley Girl accent despite the three years I spent abroad.
Q: How do you take your coffee?
A: At home, it's always pour over (Chemex or v60), black. Sometimes with ice. I do get fancy lattes when I venture out, though.
Q: Can you draw _____ for me?
A: Please contact me for a quote.
Q: Hobbies?
A: I read, lift, play video games, and love martial arts. I used to train in Muay Thai and boxing. I like baking as well, but can't cook for my life. I watch a lot of online courses from learning guitar to beginner Ruby on Rails. I'm an introvert, but I love going to concerts and travelling internationally.
